Anyone receiving tracking for their cards withdrawn from the PSA Vault? I tend to buy higher end cards on ebay and ship to the vault to avoid taxes. Then withdraw as soon as they arrive. I have one with a “Shipped” status for 11 days now and has not arrived and no tracking. I reached out to support but no answer yet. Anyone receiving tracking for their withdraws?
Sounds like they’ve been pretty busy recently. You should receive an email that says, “Items Returning to You” with the following heading on the email. If you haven’t received this email, your items haven’t shipped out yet.

Seconding this. The shipped status in your collection on the PSA app/site just means you initiated a withdrawal. When they actually ship the items they should email you a tracking number.

It took them 2 weeks for each of my submissions/orders (from home to them as well as directly from Ebay purchases to them) to be processed after arriving at their facilities.
It also took them 2.5 weeks for them to reply to my request to have a card sent to the wrong PSA account under my alt email merged with the PSA account under my main email.
In their response to me: “Apologies for the delayed response, as we’re currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. Please rest assured that we’re doing our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible.”
This was all in Oct/Nov, very recent, so I’m assuming it’ll take another 3-7 days before you get your tracking number.
