When does PSA update registry and inform of grading results

Hi All,

an’t seem to find any information on this but does anyone know the answer o the following;

* How often do PSA update their registry? and is there a specific time of day they make that update?

* Is there a specific time of day that their database refreshes so that submitters can see their results?

i understand these cold be random but was wondering whether these is a specific time and if so, someone knows the details around it.

The registry is updated daily (as in business days and most Saturdays) in US times.

If you’re looking for info on if your cards have been graded, the order in which information flows is as follows;

  1. PSA grades your cards, charges you and you get the green tick in your customer dashboard under your orders.

  2. The registry updates within 24 hours. Sometimes you’ll be able to see your serial number, click it and it’ll say it doesn’t exist. That because they haven’t updated the registry yet.

  3. They’ll email you.

Thanks.

Yeah, i’m specifically wondering whether that green tick is ad-hoc or is uniformly updated daily to all recent submissions completed. ie, all the grades they completed yesterday are entered into their data base then at 5pm californirnian time the next day the green tick and results all simultaneously pop up for all the submission completed the day prior.

It’s ad-hoc. It typically comes later in the day US time!

Oz hit the nail on the head with registry times.

Additionally in my experience PSA will post your grades at any time during business hours once they have the cards encapsulated and ready to be shipped, I’ve gotten my grades anytime between 8am-5pm Pacific Time as PSA is located in California. However I usually get the email at the end of the business day of when the grades were posted. So its not an instantaneous grades posted to email received.
