I can’t find any info about these carring boxes.

I can only find sealed one on eBay, but i think the listing on eBay is not market price. I want to know market price.

It includes 2 of my deck memo cards.

I want to know When is it released and what is it?

The two “My Deck Memo cards” were released in 1997. My Deck Chansey Memo card was included in Vol 2 of the original Japanese Fan Club Magazine(released Sept 5, 1997…The other My Deck Memo card was included in a white Fan Club carrying case released Nov 11, 1997. You can see the dates for the magazine and carrying case if you go to pages 338 & 339 in the Japanese Guide Book 2000(Silver Bible). The book doesn’t show the cards, just the magazine and carrying case with release dates.

I see some of them still on a 100-150USD price range on Mercari JP. Hope this info helps.

The two “My Deck Memo” cards are difficult to find in mint condition. They were just thrown loosely into the plastic box. Most have damaged edges.
