also KB toys had base, jungle, fossil and base set 2 packs for $1.99 a pack until like 2005. those were the days!

48Euros for 12 Ex Unseen Forces packs 2 years ago while spending some time with my family in Spain. I also found tons of Spanish Diamond&Pearl packs that i ended up buying and opening for retail price.

Last year someone posted on MercadoLibe (our eBay) some Platinum and StormFront packs for retail price, he had 29 packs sealed total, bought them all and wanted to keep them sealed but ended up opening them too! lol

When i came back to the hobby I paid U$S2.2K for my sealed 1st Ed base set (spanish) box wich is still sealed; and 800U$S for my Gym Challenege Box.

About four years ago I bought some 1st edition Fossil packs for 7 dollars a piece from a local card shop. They also had a MP 1st edition base charizard in the case for around $200. I almost got it, but passed. That’s probably my biggest regret in the hobby so far.

Indeed it was! In fact, my dad noticed TWO sealed booster boxes sitting on the counter. So my sister and I both got a booster box each! He went back every day for a week hoping there would be more. the man knew a good deal when he saw one!
