What's the difference between these two Aerodactyls?

PSA seems to recognize two variants of the exact same card:

This card is labeled as “Aerodactyl #1 (1st Edition-Prerelease)”

This card is labeled as “Aerodactyl-Holo #1 (1st Edition-Prerelease)”

Both cards are holographic from what I can see, so why does PSA accept two submissions for one card? My thought is that they must have updated the label and forgot to remove submissions for the old one, but I could be mistaken.

Just an error on PSAs part because they don’t differentiate Brown or Gold Stamp.
