Don’t have experience with grading with BGS. The card’s holo is near flawless, edges/corners are near flawless as well, but of course it has these two indentations that show on both the front and back.
The card straight on actually looks PSA 9 worthy(obviously isn’t with the giant marks though lol)

I have never really sent in cards with indentations or creases so I really can’t give any insight on how much they will dock for indentations.
Possibly in the realm of BGS 4 going off the grade scale if dings are considered indentations. One minor ding is acceptable for BGS 5.

In regards to subgrades, they will probably dock the surface subgrade quite harshly.
