Ugh this thread is making me submit my shadowless set now. Ive got like a 9/10 binder set I think it’s time to make use of the grading special. Wasn’t planning on every grading more cards lol.

Yea with this pricing there is no reason to wait. If you’re ever going to grade, now is the time.
Meiji gold/blue/silver promos in psa 9+
great art and extremely hard to grade cards with centering/corners/surface issues galore.
corocoro for a while in a high grade was stupid cheap for the pops and how hard some are to grade (prices have seem to rise a lot in the last year tho)
Another set that comes to mind is Skyride holos in a 9 (tho price has started to climb lately)
shadowless base set as well, but we all know that

Neo genesis feraligatr #5 1st ed psa 9. The psa 10 is worth about 5k. In my opinion that psa 9 should be 800-1k.
Also dark feraligatr 1st ed psa 10 from neo destiny. Card should be worth over 1k. But the last few solf for 600-740 respectively
Giovannis persian 1st ed psa 10 from gym challenge. I recently got a Misty’s golduck 1st ed psa 10 but prior to that my offer to another seller of 4k got declined. Mistys golduck has 48 psa 10 copies. Giovannis persian has 51 psa 10 copies. Mistys golduck is worth between 4-5k. Giovannis persian was just purchased from someone on ebay for 2400. I believe that card is undervalued as well.
Metal energies psa 8 and 9. The psa 10 copy last sold for 2.2k. You can still get the 8’s and 9’s for under 100 dollars.
Trainer brock from gym heroes. One sold last month for 1.5k. One sold a few hours ago for 1.9k. The last 9 sold for 150 bucks. The 10 is selling for more than 12x that of the 9. Super undervalued in my opinion.
A couple of base set 1st ed psa 10 holos as well. Any gem mint 1st ed holo in base set under 3k is insane! Blaines charizard is going for 3k minimum right now and that’s got 279 psa 10 copies. And its not part of the base set. Those base set cards are due for an uptick in price.

I’m buying ton of gem mint to mint raw Japanese cards at the moment. Not many are paying attention to them. Auctions with them are slow and I last minute win them cause no one seems to care. Always get in before the crowd catches on.

Topsun no number cards. Their rarity is nuts. Despite charizard being the chase card in the set people actually seem to care about with probably the highest overall POP there are 0 PSA 10s without a number and only 8 PSA 9s. Even numbered zard blue backs there’s only like 22 if I remember correctly. If the mint somewhat off center one I sent in comes back a 9 (could be an 8) I have no idea how much I should list it for if at all. I’m in no rush though so I’ll probably just wait and see if any others sell sometime this decade. I have like 5 different minty no numbers I’m sending in if I’m patient and diligent I might try and collect the whole no number set as 9s and 10s but that might prove nearly impossible.

The belt promos. You can still snag them for like 15 in Japan but they’re selling like skittles on ebay for ~ $50 and over $100 graded already. They haven’t experienced any sort of hype yet, so it’s just a pretty card that people seem to want. I’m pretty sure it’s a low tier event card but it’s limited print/ original artwork that has not been reprinted.

I’m thinking Black and White era secret rares. The PSA 10s have a really low pop and rarely come up. Boxes are getting pricey too.

Also, I always say the sealed WOTC black star promos are slept on an awful lot ~
But I do see the Machamp sealed cards have almost tripled in price ~
Its still Aquapolis, Skyridge and Expedition holos. None have seen much movement during the pandemic as the focus on 1st edition and Base has been so intense.
