What card from any set deserved to be a holo?

Charizard #39 got a holo print as a japanese promo.

I actually forgot my favourite ever card in the hobby! This thing would look a beauty with a holo back as most of the beautiful artwork is the character itself (except the moon adds a lot- maybe that could be incorporated).
