If you’re saying a way to make these custom holo cards physically, there are definitely DIY ways to do it with a home printer. I was messing with this a little bit earlier this year. That being said, that information can be used for nefarious purposes so I won’t link to anything here. Very easy to Google, though.
It would be a pretty unique and amazing card if I could get it done properly but I’m not sure if I would feel the same knowing it wasn’t an authentic card…
I do like some of those full artist painted cards though.

I think Metapod from Expedition Base Set could benefit from a holo treatment as well. It would spice up the background a bit, without taking away from the hyper-stylized Metapod itself:

Definitely Dragonair from 1st Ed. Base! Just imagine how cool the holo would be with all the vibrant colors from the purple sky, reflecting down onto the water. It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it!!

Having opened some evolutions packs recently, I think the mewtwo in that set got robbed of being a holo! I would have given the holo to mewtwo over clefairy. Also since base set arcanine got bumped to a rare in that evolutions, it might as well should have been a holo too.

Dude! On page three of this thread I asked if this type of thing you’ve done here had ever been done or was even possible. I hadn’t been on this thread since that post, then tonight I see this! How in the world do you do this?? There’s are so many I’d love to add holo to! If you’d care to share I’d be super stoked and most appreciative!

The OG Eeveelutions got no love in Hidden Fates. Where were their full art shinys? Flareon was completely snubbed by being the only one without a card period. Maybe they’ll make an appearance in Shiny Star V?
