I find it funny that I am only learning about card releases on Mercari now. 032/SV-P popped up yesterday, and there was no word from Pokeguardian or Pokebeach about it ahead of time.

Gonna be honest. I had no idea that the 032 existed until people mentioned it in this thread to me. And look at that. It’s stupid expensive for a simple shared art promo.

I am surely not picking that up at $100 (or $300) right now. Hoping it settles below $30. Good news is, since there are already 3 promos with the same artwork, people will just grab the cheap 031 copy, so the others will be for the master collectors.
Yeah. My middleman says it randomly spiked this week but the Japanese market is just in full hype mode so they expect it to drop to normal prices eventually.
Yeah, i was searching some vs and vending series and the prices have gone up a lot in price but there’s no evidence of any slowdown anytime soon.

Interesting. Cool to see actual data. I’m wondering if it’s just hype for the new Scarlet Violet cards that has people buying right now. I’m going to just hope because I’d hate to be priced out of relatively common promo cards.

Yeah, im the in the same boat, i either buy them now or just get priced out, some of these cards are not that easy to come by in good condition so im unsure atm.

Mostly after two English League stamped Pikachu cards: the SwSh Pikachu (from Raid Battles at Worlds 2022) and Pikachu V (from the Prize Pack Series One).
Pikachu V shouldn’t be too hard. I can find it for sale, but the ones I’ve found were a bit too expensive to my liking (300+ USD). As for the SwSh Pikachu, I can’t find it at all… Would gladly pay the 300 USD for this one, but I simply can’t find it.

Looking to make my first big purchase since getting back into collecting. PSA 9 Skyridge Umbreon H30. Saw some on eBay, but the 10% tax sucks.
