I can’t believe that you even respond to these types of messages. :upside_down_face:

I love after “cool” that he felt the need to explain.

Gotta love a guy typing out how he dreams to be perceived :joy:

For well-wishers wishing me “best of luck”, “good luck selling it”, etc, I reciprocate their kindness with a press of the mighty BLOCK button. :sunglasses:

Judgmental people who judge others as if they ownselves are flawless.

Strict law-undergrad type of people who insist others to quote evidence, statistics and figures when they’re just casually sharing observations they observed/experienced.

Humourless people who accuse others of trolling when they were just being humourous, and mock others for being too serious/defensive when they were trying to engage/clarify points in conversation.

You kind of contradict your own first point with your second point though right?
Don’t take everything on this forum so personal, take a step back and enjoy the sun.
Wish you well!

You’re funny

Hey y’all, this thread isn’t supposed to be a burn book or a place where you write passive aggressive posts about other members.

Getting this thread back on topic…

Sellers who insist on taking photos of raw cards on white or light-colored backgrounds. USE A BLACK BACKGROUND.

The pubic hair adds sentimental value in my opinion lol

*Hate when sellers say NM and the picture clearly shows too many flaws.
*Not sure why, but when they hold the cards in selling posts
*Astronomical prices on cards that are worth $5 or less

It definitely adds a personal touch for sure lol

This one really gets me, too. What is so hard about laying the card down on a flat surface?

The only time it’s acceptable is when you are trying to catch the perfect angle to show a scratch or some other flaw that you couldn’t display without holding the card.

Or when they say, “I don’t want to make claims about the condition, please just see the photos…” The awful photos that are barely in focus.

I prefer they hold the card because when they lay it down flat, holo side facing down, it feels like the cards will get scratched since the surface is not a mat or anything. Just random tiles, tables.

They won’t get scratched unless you’re literally sliding the card across the table lol.

I feel like some people are a little too paranoid about cards getting damaged. It’s not as easy to damage cards as some think.

Honestly this false description stuff is so bad. You should be able to report it on eBay and they take the auction down. It’s that frustrating. I’m with you.

True lol but with the scratches, I know not everyone has this but I use that cheapy light box and it helps a lot.

Agreed. I use a custom setup to hold the card off the table, but not hold it in hand. (or there are those display stand things). HOW HARD is that?!

Even when sellers have stated the condition in the description, there are bound to be 1 or 2 buyers who don’t read and still ask seller the already-stated.

Listing stated: “Card is LP condition and has few white dots behind card.”

Buyer msg seller: “Any white dots behind?”
