Since I saw a few more posts of WTB for these evees, using the same exact picture.
Anyways, I searched and watched a few opening videos of Vmax Climax to see if these mirror monster ball holos exist.
None had them, until I saw a post in the Korean forums.

He opened a few VMAX climax, and had mirror monsterball holo cards, just like ur evee.
Long story short, alot of Korean collectors have said this about the monster ball holos in VmaxClimax:
- Likely an error, since the early production did not have them, but the last few batches of reprints have them.
- Probably a mix up in print factories since expansions like 백열의 아르카나 (Silver Tempest) had monster ball reverse holos like them.
- Many guess that during reprints VMAX Climax was mixed up with the same printlines as Silver Tempest or other sets, and since Pokemon Company Korea is notorious for bad print QAs, they just did not care. lol
So yeah, my guess is that it’s an error card. I don’t think you would be finding the other eveelutions with mirror holos…
But the good news is that your evee is a very special one, so congrats on the find!
