Hello, everyone.
My name is Matt and Iāve viewed this forum a few times over the years when searching for really specific card information on Google. Thanks for all of the deep dives Iāve seen here in the past.
Iāve finally decided to join because Iām interested in the āplaytestā cards that seem to be taking over instagram lately. As a 90ās kid, Pokemon was my life, so the thought of being able to own a single alpha or beta card as a piece of history for something that really shaped my childhood is tempting. Iāve been reading through the big thread here and will continue to follow along to see what the community learns.
I donāt have an impressive collection, but I have been trying to re-collect Base, Jungle, and Fossil to make childhood me proud.
Hope to post here if I have something to share. Thanks again for helping over the years (even when I didnāt have an account).

We also have another collector (@droripory) here who also collects different physical Pokemon media which also includes guides and books as shown in the post here. i got those prima yellow and red guides to cgc grading as condition was so good it felt a shame not to grade. guess i have to buy X2 of every book/guide
