When you run your finger through it you can barely even feel it. It just blends with the rest of the cardstock somehow. But if I had to make a wild guess, I’d go out on a limb and say maybe it’s plastic? But not sure how plastic would stick to the card like that.

Yeah it grew in size last time, probably because the card was moved around quite a bit and the friction caused the residue to disseminate/disperse
This time around I don’t think I’ll be cracking it again… I did contact PSA though and hopefully they can work something out with me. Ideally they can try to clean it for me or insurance can be paid out.
