Victini Battle Promo Winner Collection - Go for Beckett Black label?

Was a little OCD collecting the Victini SR + SAR Battle Promo Winner for the Raging Surf set. Was collecting them for a few years before it started to moon recently. Any thoughts on gambling with the 7 raw chinese ones I have and submitting them to Beckett in hopes of one getting a black label?

I’ve also included a pic of my graded sets to flex.

If it were me I would take the gamble if

1. I have the money to submit without it effecting your finances/savings/life etc
2. I prescreened all the raw copies and only send the best ones that look damn near perfect
