Wondering about the $ value for a NM+ NON-HOLO Shadowless Set
When valuing NM raw sets I usually just go off PSA 8 values as that would be the worst case grade for a NM card. I could be way off here as I have no idea on shadowless prices for raw cards but here you go …

PSA 8 Shadowless Set: $2230
PA 8 Shadowless Holo Set: $1750
2230-1750 = $480
That said there are 40 PSA 8 cards missing prices because their ales have never been recorded, they’re mostly commons and uncommons, you can see them here if you filter by shadowless:

If you assume they’re $8ea that’s an extra $320, so $480 + $320 = $800 for a NM non holo set
I recently purchased 30x Shadowless Non-Holo Sets @ $165.00 per Set. Overall, the condition was advertised as being NM - couple MINT and couple LP.
If you’re looking to sell; I’d probably post on eBay for $300.00 with Best Offer - Accepting Offer of at least $250.00.
When valuing NM sets I figure PSA 7 values at best…not PSA 8. The reason being, rarely are cards in better condition than the seller advertises.
That’s fair, the only time I’ve bought raw sets is when I’ve been able to have a good look at the sets so I guess it depends if you’re buying blind or not how you value them. Either way seems like they’re worth way less than I thought based on what @oldskoolpokemon has bought at … seems like there’s opportunity at those prices based on what the graded cards sell for.
