I’ve recently got into Trophy Cards now that I’ve hit most of my goals with WOTC. My first purchase was a University Magikarp. I’m trying to gauge value based on grade at the moment. With there being less than 60 graded, it is more so based on what someone is willing to pay.
However, if anyone has any recent sales (last 3 months), trades or information regarding University Magikarp, I’d appreciate it. Specifically PSA 6-9. What would you value these at?
For the grade range listed I would say approximately $4k-8k. That’s my best guess but it’s hard to pin down these high end cards.

The last sold copy was Psa 3 condition around 3-4k.

Why not add your own data point as to what you paid?
I heard of a PSA 7 karp selling in November a bit north of 4k. One that I should have bought prior to that, but I made some other decent pickups around that time.
I purchased mine for 4000 ish ungraded. It’s in the 4-6 range. It was a no brainer purchase for me as soon as I saw it.
Still you own the best card in existance. 1952 Mickey Mantle Rookie Topps my balls.
