I’ve decided to make this thread on a whim, but I don’t really know what I’m doing and I have no knowledge of HTML.
My main goal for collecting - I don’t really know, but I think having a sequential PSA 10 of the Call of Legend Shinies would be really cool.
I’ll be updating this thread as I slowly finish each of these sets. I don’t like purchasing things online since one of my packages (Rayquaza SL10) were stolen/lost in the mail a long time ago and I’ve had that fear ever since… So for most of my collection, I’ll be trying to buy all these in person, raw or cracking them from slabs.
Call of Legends Master set (WIP)
I collected early on in my childhood, though I mainly vividly remember opening a lot of Call of Legends for some reason. I’m glad I had the foresight to keep everything I’ve opened, which helped me greatly when getting back into collecting and starting this master set.
___'s Play Promos + Pokemon Pal City + Pokepark Forest(WIP)
I think these are going to be the hardest set of cards to acquire for my collection. The Play Promo Mew keeps going up in price, and Pal City prices are high enough as it is. Pokepark Forest in comparison, while definitely hard to find, isn’t as hard as finding the Mew or the Pal City promos.
Movie Commemoration VS Pack: Sky-Splitting Deoxys(WIP)
I’m wondering if I should include the Defense form Deoxys promo in this set, just because it goes along with the Normal form and Attack form, but it was released in a different product.
I won’t be including the lenticular in the set.

As for the online shipping, eBay (and I think TCGPlayer, if you’re in the US) is a pretty safe bets for getting your money back if there is some type of shipping issue or theft as long as you document it (missing or when opening a package)

TRUTHNUKE is the most layered onion I’ve seen on E4 in a long time. At first he’s just a Pokemon repeating his name, but then as you go through the layers you find a Japanese card enthusiast that poses them with anime plushies. The character development is beautiful.

Hi everyone! I went to a card show today, wasn’t planning on it but my friends decided to go and I had a free Saturday so I thought why not. One step closer to finishing my Pokepark Blue and Pokepark ride promo sets and a beginning to completing my Pokepark Forest set.
Luckily, didn’t spend any money this show, was able to trade for all of these!
Cardshow pick ups. Had the opportunity to buy the Pikachu and Latios from Pokepark Forest as well, but that would’ve put me way over budget.
At this point, I’m 13/14 for the Pokepark ride promos and 3/9 for Pokepark Forest. Fingers crossed I finish these sets soon!
Wonderful new additions. I like the Blue theme with the latest pickups, not just the Pokepark cards! Whether intentional or not they all look really lovely! Thanks for sharing.

I never realized that I hadn’t ever talked about this slabs on here, so I thought today would be as good as any other day to share them with everyone.
A bit of back story, the PSA 2 lenticular was my first ever slab I ever sent in myself. I managed to come by a raw copy at a random card shop in my area back in February of 2025 for only $50! I was unsure, but I knew in the back of my mind that if I didn’t buy it I’d regret it. Fast forward to February of 2026, I found another raw copy at a card show. It was the first raw copy I’d seen in a while (sadly, not for $50…) so I picked it up and sent it in, which is how I got my PSA 3.
Kinda saddened by how hard it is to get now after it became popular after the whole PSA 10 scandal but happy that one of my favorite cards is getting recognition as well.

I’m back from a local show, wasn’t expecting to buy much of anything this time around but I was surprised! With the Lucario, I’ve finished my Pokepark attraction promo set.
Along with that, I also purchased some reverse holos for my Call of Legends Grandmaster set.

Back from a local show, I knew that a vendor I knew was there with a bunch of cards I needed, so I showed up (Pokepark Latias, Arceus Movie Heracross, 10th Movie Entei, Legends Promo Totodile). I knew there was another show happening 20 minutes away, but I didn’t think about going until I noticed another vendor I knew was there as well, who also had cards I needed (Pokepark Latios, Arceus Movie Promo Chikorita, Totodile, Giratina, Pikachu, and Meowth).
