If that’s all that’s wrong with it (and there’s no way of knowing from the pictures) then I’d argue it is pretty mint, maybe more near mint.

The seller is a Japanese drop shipper.
I’d say that’s probably your best and safest bet if someone is after a mint copy of the card since the seller has an open return policy of cards that aren’t as described.
It’s listed as mint, if not mint, return it and get your money back.
