I was impressed by a Charmander PSA 10 selling for $1526 yesterday but a 9 for $800 is even more impressive!

Side story, I like to give friends or family who get a baby a pokemon card for fun. My niece and nephew got a Charmander and Squirtle PSA 10 1st edition (graded them both myself). That aged well so far, I hope they will age well too :wink:.

I outpriced the ebay just a few weeks ago on a squirtle psa 10 not thinking it would sell for sometime and now its double lol. side note, there is nothing i love more than SMPratte dropping a “market doesnt care about your feelings”. I love it

I’d be really curious to see how the PSA 9 complete set is doing now, compared to the 10. With some of the numbers Scott posted above, it’s gotta be getting up there as well.

This is what confuses me. On the same day, 1 Squirtle sells for 2k, and 2 Squirtles together sell for 2.2k.

@matheson it’s been talked about before in other threads but if the seller sends an offer to the buyer and it is accepted it shows as the full price in the sold tab. So most likely it sold for $1.2k or something.

when i saw the prices of those 1st ed commons, didn’t even flinch. then i saw they were psa 9s, then i completely dropped my orange juice.
