I wouldn’t be suprised if at least half of those are crack and resends.
If you did that today I need your middle man on my rolodex.

pokemetrics.org/sets/18ll-1/bnrw is the 1st edition card’s entry on PokéMetrics. My data is up to date as of Wednesday just gone, so it looks like PSA have graded 3 more since then.
Before anyone looks at the Shadowless card’s grades (Charizard 4 · 1999 Base Set (Shadowless) on PokéMetrics.org) and concludes that only 2 new PSA 10 entries were added (53->55), it’s worth noting that between January and April this year the PSA 10 count decreased by 2, so there have actually been 4 of those graded in the past 12 months (though 2 of those may be the same 2 which were originally removed from the counts anyway - no idea on that front).
How did you end up doing this? I wonder if we could programatically track pop history/trends for other cards easily (over various periods of time as well)
@joakimstore and I are neck and neck! Since we started our bet, 2-3 additional PSA 10 charizards have been graded.
However, I win if there are less than 125, and he wins if there are 125 or more by the end of the year!
What’s the wager?
I wanna know too
