Well i spoke the 9/15 order into existence lol. R&D today.

I also have a super express that was delivered today. Curious how long before they start that one.

Super Express went into R&D. At least they aren’t making me wait on that one. Everything else sent in the same box has not FWIW.

Edit: Bulk sub in the same box went into R&D as well today. This easily shaved a month off of the wait time.

151 is surprising to me. There’s not that many chase cards to grade

For EN, all the Illustration Rares, Special Illustration Rares, Ultra Rares and Hyper Rares are graded 1k-76k (Charizard ex)

For JP, it’s all the above and Master Ball reverse

yeah, its still a shock. Its a small set imo

The 2025 McDonalds set is calling for your opinion to see if size matters

Bro we all know size does NOT MATTER

That’s exactly my point. Set size does not equal grading volume

The IRs are no better than any other SV set so it’s just surprising to me

With another 275k at CGC too ..that’s a lot of cards!

It would be very interesting to see the pace the modern sets are at. For example, if 151 hit 500k really quickly, like within 1 year, and the past year only had 100k added, and continues to slow down.

Makes you wonder how long it will take for a 2nd set to hit 1 million, if ever

With how much sealed is hoarded and the ease of PSA 10s in modern, it makes sense for people to pivot to hoarding sealed. That may prevent any set now or in the future from reaching 1 million graded

I think you are mistaken. while there are not big heavy hitters, so many cards have tangible value in a 10. In fact there are few modern sets that have so many cards worth over $100 in a ten.

excluding the stamped charmander and professor program, pokemon center, prize pack, ext ext ext. just looking at the main set there are well over 20 cards worth over $100 in a psa10. I think something like 25 cards which is impressive considering that the pull rates are strong.

I can understand a set like prismatic which is massive and has so many SIR and master ball cards with abysmal pull rates, but 151 is a real winner. Thats why I like opening 151

Hey everyone, I’m wondering if I should grade a card that has a very faint factory scratch on the back. It’s the only flaw I can find — there’s zero whitening and the centering is perfect. I’m hoping it could still get a 10. The scratch is only visible under a strong flashlight; in normal lighting the back looks completely clean. What do you think?

Similar to your case, albeit the scratch is smaller on the bottom right. Got a PSA 9. The scan picked it up, too.

thanks appreciate that. Debating whether I should send it in now

“Estimated Turnaround Times began once an order was unboxed under supervision and itemized. Going forward, they will begin the moment your order arrives at a PSA facility. You may notice longer estimates as a result, but nothing about our process is slowing down.”

I was going to send my cards in for grading, but having to wait 2+ months is ridiculous…
