I think the offer is some % of cardladder. So easy to manupulate it honestly. The first to grade after a set card is released will be interesting since it loses value while it’s shipped home to you

I feel like Im the only one who got bad offers from psa on all my cards
And my best ones they didnt even offer at all
Did you have cards that don’t sell too often, or lower grades? Ultra modern offers are really fair
Unfortunately, PSA DID care 
So what are thoughts now? I could send in to BGS, with a 9 surface I would still get a 9.5. edges and corners are super solid.
Def keep the PSA 9 over a bgs 9 or 9.5
