Okay so I got a pikachu with great centering and good looking edges besides the bottom right corner. It’s somewhat flat instead of rounded. Will this drop grading points significantly with PSA?

For buying high end graded cards on eBay (10k+), is shipping to PWCC auctions a viable way to save on taxes? Then when your card arrives and finishes processing at PWCC, is there a minimum time frame for leaving cards in the vault before having them send to you?

You mean shipping cards you bought directly to your vault?
They have an archival fee (1% of insurance value, maxes out at 100$) and a first year storage fee (.5% of insurance value) when putting the card into the vault. I´m not living in the US but afaik there is no sales tax applied when you ship directly to the vault. I purchased cards that went into my vault and that I sent to my address after 1 week or so.

I’m planning on sending a CGC graded card to PSA for a crossover. There is a noticeable dust speck/lint on the front of the card. Will PSA wipe away the dust speck if I ask them to in the “Notes” section of my submission?
Than you’ll end up with either more dust or a nice fingerprint
I wouldn’t note it but it’ll be gone when you get it back
How long are PSA’s turnaround times right now? I’m about to start grading cards for the first time and am curious what I can expect as far as waiting for them to return goes. I’m probably going to submit around 100-120 cards at value pricing; figured I would add that because I don’t know if value pricing has a different turnaround compared to other tiers.

The latest pages highlight people talking about everything from Economy orders to bulk. Some even regular orders.
In short, value subs are pretty extreme at 6 months to a year, depending on chance.

@villagepillage, looks to be a 9 to me. Centering is off, but I don’t think it is 8 status due to that alone. Those two specks on the back, if they are just dust or minor little blemishes and the holo is as clean as it looks, a 9 for sure.
Thank you, yes centering definitely isn’t perfect unless I get the one guy at PSA who forgot his glasses haha. I can confirm that it is dust on the back.

Hi,
I’ve been collecting and doing small submissions for the past year and recently have been buying larger collections. This is helping with my collection goals.
That being said, I’ve been grading more Japanese cards and having a ton of trouble looking them up in the PSA data base. Does anyone have any tricks to :
A: look up the card to get and English description (I currently use EBAY)
B: Find the card in PSA database. (I can have the info of the card, but every combination of typing it nothing comes up)
