Send it in! Card looks like a 9. I dont consider the whitening on the left side to be edgewear but more of a dull cut. Cant tell how the surface is really or the gloss, but definitely think itll get a 9. IMO, you have to go with your gut as you are spending your money and time to get them graded. A lot of people are A LOT harsher on others cards pregrading than their own so i dont feel as if its worth your time to get any opinion other than PSAs.
