A terrible thing where information gets LOST over time because external sources for images or information become unavailable
This great guide by @Quuador suffered from most of the images being broken like this:

because this i.postimg.cc site apparently no longer exists
but I found the original images on the wayback machine and manually restored all the images.

This is the sad consequence of most of relying on external images for as long as we did. And why you might see me randomly edit your post to reupload something from imgur if I come across it
