More BS from Fanatics.
The promotion they were running was for 110% of the hammer price for a specified block of auctions. My auctions have been completed and paid for, they promised that they would pay the supplemental 10% on the 11th. I almost forgot about it, but it’s an extra few hundred dollars. This time I got a real human to answer, and he told me that they are waiting until ALL the auctions close or have been paid/canceled for the auction block #168 because it was added after the promotion. (It was in my email that it was included in this promotion, not sure what that means…) So I have to wait for everyone else’s auctions to get my money. Fanatics, figure your sh*t out. It’s always shenanigans with you.
Seems like the BP they received in those payments can just be used to pay out the 10% if their accounting department was functioning efficiently.
Has anyone sent a package from Japan directly to Fanatics with import/custom fees?
this scares me, especially with newer certs

Has anyone ever had Fanatics Collect remove bids from something that you were winning to force it into the next wave? Sus.

This happens to me every auction block. They are more strict about removing suspicious bids to avoid non-paying buyers.

There is now a “Chat” function once you place an offer on a card, enabeling you to talk to the seller. Not a fan myself, wonder how it will work out.
Agreed. Not something I’d use. I think the lack of personal interaction on Fanatics keeps things strictly business.

I know a lot of people are against chatting during a sale. Personally, I want to chat with them because a lot of people on Fanatics just throw a crazy price and it sits there for a year. I’d like to actually see if they’re willing to live in reality to sell the card.
