Is the holo meant to be like this? Not directly on the outline of the Zard?
Most of them are not directly on the zard itself. Rusty had one that was super off and went out of the border of the where the Pokemon should be. It is very usual that the holo pattern goes off a bit.

Itās not Pokemon but itās just something cool I think people here would like to see. No-name errors are practically one of a kind.
Iām much more active in Yu-Gi-Oh! If people would like to see my more extensive collection I can start posting that up to.

Is that a no-name ultimate rare? The attribute and rank are holo, but I donāt see the holo border (or maybe itās just the angle). Or is it an older ultimate rare? I know there are four different ultimate rare versions.
My main collections in this order are: Pikachu, Seviper, TwistyPuzzles, Mimikyu, Yu-Gi-Oh rarity collection (one of each rarity including OCG and misprints), and then some other collections like general PokƩmon, general Yu-Gi-Oh, euro coins, minerals and fossils, etc.
Iām currently on mobile in the car, but if I remember Iāll post my Yu-Gi-Oh rarity collection in the off-topic section tonight. (No name Ultimate Rare is still missing for me though, so nice pickup! 
). My favorite Yu-Gi-Oh card in my collection is a double misprinted Gaia the Dragon Champion. Itās a Secret Rare with Golden Ultra Rare name, and the Secret Rare diagonal lines are reversed compared to the default, which sometimes happened in some of the earliest sets.)

In the latest set to be released theyāve made the level/rank stars and the attribute symbol holo. This is just meant to be an ultra rare, I thought the error collectors here could appreciate this, I actually have more.
Somebody opened a box and half the ultras in the box had no names, I just picked up the good ones 
These donāt look as impressive though, still one of a kind.

Oh, didnāt knew that. I will be completely honest, I havenāt looked at new Yugioh releases in almost a year. Unfortunately I already had a an Ultra Rare with hold level and attribute, which was a misprint from many years ago.

Story Time:
Now, Iām not a massive fan of Base Zard. I donāt think itās overrated and I fully appreciate what it means to Pokemon but itās not personally a priority in my collecting journey. I just think that proportions the of base Zard look really weird.
That being said, I really REALLY love the art on Base Blastoise and Venusaur. I remember pulling a base unlimited blastoise when I was 5 or 6 years old and Base Venusaurā¦

Base Venusaur is the most beautiful, ugly card ever made.

Mitsuhiro Arita brings so much character to Venusaur. Itās one of the reasons I love his art and itās just grown on me year after year. Heās my next priority once I track one down.
I couldnāt just pick up Blastoise and Venusaur, I had to go HAM on a set. I chose shadowless because I think the colours are so much more vibrant than unlimited, lacking the shadow on the picture looks better imo and the air of exclusivity appeals to me.
So why is there a Zard and not a Venusaur here?
As the 9 breaks into 4 figures the 7s and 8s will never be cheaper than they are right now. With Venusaur I donāt have to be as proactive.
A week before the PWCC auction with the BGS 10 1st Zard I noticed they were auctioning off a few shadowless Zards as well, I got curious and checked the prices. I also began to notice people started buying out the 8s and 7s so I jumped on the bandwagon too.
I settled on a 7 for the Zard because Iām buying the art, not the grade. Even the investing side of my cardboard addiction canāt deny that even lower grades of shadowless Zard will rise over time similar to what the lower grades of 1st have done this past year, if not so exponentially.
That PSA 9 Venusaur is the next goal. I have to start completing some of these trios though.
