TCG Player recent booster box price history

I’ve been hearing a lot of comments about people using TCGPlayer to track recent price movements of available booster boxes.

They look at the Price History chart on each listing of the TCGplayer website.

Anyway, I had a little time over lunch today and decided to collate the data using tableau and figured I would share the results.

Not all listings have available pricing data. I used what was available.
The broken straight lines are generated linear trend lines for the data of the recorded duration of each set.

This would be interesting to compare the box price with the most popular singles in each booster box. For example, compare the price of the Evolutions box against the Evolutions Charizard #11 Holo. I’m thinking it has a positive correlation.

Thanks so much! Awesome! Looks like general trends lower with only a few teetering bullish upward that past month. The real question is will these all continue the trend lower…
