So about a month ago I got notified that the league cards are also available in Portuguese. Fortunately he was also able to get me in contact with the seller he bought it from, and I was able to snag my copies as well.
Besides that the seller went through my collection, and saw there was another Portuguese card missing.
Today I can happily say, they also have arrived. Resulting in my collection being complete again 
Oh, I had no idea Plasma Storm was released in Portuguese! And coincidentally Iāve also heard the EX Deoxys set was released in Portuguese earlier this week (donāt worry, that set doesnāt contain any Togepi cards).
Info about Portuguese releases is so hard to findā¦ Pretty annoying overall.
Anyway, congrats on re-completing your Togepi collection once again.

Yeah, portuguese is really hard on the information. Sometimes they do have the set, but no reverse holos etc. (same for this set)
Glad to know that EX Deoxys doesnāt contain a Togepi, was starting to shake already.
Really happy the family is complete again!
Unfortunately it got a little damage which it received just before shipping 
But I did find another Neo Genesis First Edition spanish Togepi 
. Happy to have her in my folder collection.
Now only need to get the new Astral Radiance/Space Juggler in every language and I will update my main post again.
PS. how does the spoiler function work again, I cannot seem to get it work as back on the old forum.

You can select the text you want to put in spoiler tags; click the gear symbol at the very right of the rich text bar; and select āHide detailsā.
Alternatively, you can just put the text in [details="Spoiler title text here"]...[/details] tags manually:

quick update, during my holiday I finally received the Thai and the Portuguese version of the new cards, completed the full collection again!

China decided to start printing in Simplified Chinese, and they went back to Sun & moon and are currently playing catch-up with the other releases.
This meant I had to find the new cards again, and today they arrived.
I believe they are currently the only ones, but as Simplified Chinese information is pretty hard to find, maybe there are moreā¦
Anyway, for now I am completed again.
The reverse holo pattern is indeed really cool, hope to get my reverse holo soon as the person i asked found one but havenāt yet sent it
I have to agree. Itās so much more visible than other reverse holos.
Itās been some time since I updated my post.
During this time a new set with Togepi came out, and another Simplified Chinese card. (the alternate version of Professor Elmās Lecture).
Iāve managed to secure all of these cards as well, now just waiting for the release of the Simplified Chinese version of the Obsidian Flames Togepi.
Iāve also acquired 2 new graded cards and a special code card from France which features Togepi.
Some errors which I gathered throughout my collection which I never showed before have also been added.
Love getting updates on any species collection like this, especially if iām seeing some topps cards included!

I also found a JP cameo which I did not have.
As of now I am complete again.
Iāve rescanned almost my full binder due to a PT card which I missed and shuffled my whole binder. New scans are in the main post.
Hello all, small update again.
Mega Dream EX/Ascended heroes/Start deck 100 Battle collection have released over the past months in the various different countries and languages, only missing Portuguese so far.
Will update the main post again with new scans when all have arrived and I am complete again.
As of right now, latest card arrived is the Korean start deck 100 collection, which was a lot harder to find than expected. It only comes in deck 018 out of the 100, and people donāt often post the commons for resale.
Fortunately I was lucky and a ebay seller was able to support me in my search.
