Oh, that’s very interesting! Gonna be a pain to find a Thai middleman, though… Very cool to see a new Pokémon TCG language!

Is anything known about which Sun & Moon sets will be released in Thai? If I look at the Facebook page I only see information about some randomly put together Decks of 60 cards, but it doesn’t state from which sets. I also see something about packs, where the cards contain 6 cards. The Pikachu and Miltank displayed are from the Crimson Invasion set, but the Bouffalant and Crabrawler are from the Burning Shadows set. But they are from the same set in Thai?

Is anyone here on the forum from Thailand?

I find interesting that they have adopted the white borders from the japanese cards. Meanwhile the back is the non-japanese version. Any idea regarding the printing and materials quality of the cards?

Apparently there is a Deck where you get 60 random cards from a 140 card set and an actual set with booster packs and boxes with 150 unique cards. Not sure yet about which cards are in the sets, nor if there are any Reverse Holos or Secret Rares, so will keep digging. Hopefully I’m able to find a complete list of cards somewhere in the upcoming weeks, since they’ve only been released yesterday January 19th.

I checked my list and I have three collectors in Thailand, two of which may owe me. What are you searching for when available?

A friend of mine has been able to find most Pikachus and the Mimikyu from the set already. So I’m only missing the 002/150 Pikachu (if you can find two copies even better, then I could help me friend instead of the other way around for a chance as well  ) and the 038/140 Pikachu (both have the Crimson Invasion Pikachu artwork you also see in the picture of the original post). If there are any Mimikyus, Sevipers or other Pikachus besides the 038/140 one available in the 140-card set / Deck (no idea if they are), I would also still need those. (Price doesn’t really matter, as long as it’s not outrageous like 50 USD for a Common. So anything below 25 USD each is fine, but the lower the better of course.)

Thanks in advance for the help, Gary.

Greetings,
Kevin

Okay I’ll be the first to ask the question that is clearly on everyone’s mind.

Is there a Lopunny in the set?

I would like to find a Thai Pikachu myself. I have at least one in every language, so a new language is a must-have! If anyone has any information please let me know (couldn’t find anything in eBay yet)

I have family living in Bangkok, but I haven’t seen them since my grandma’s passing 5 years ago. Won’t reconnect with them just for some Pokémon cards.

Ooohh… interesting. I wonder if there will be any Karps! If so, it’ll be ‘fun’ trying to track them down…

My Thai six booster packs (3x 6 of each 165-card set) and Deck box (60 cards of 140 card set) have arrived today. Unfortunately nothing super special and only one Pikachu which I had already incoming… Here two pictures (with the Deck and pack artworks at the top):

If anyone comes across the 038/140 Pikachu let me know, that’s the only one I still need. The other four Pikachus and the Mimikyu are incoming (although I will stop collecting Mimikyus except for one of each artwork from now on).

PS: @therealonewolf unfortunately not a single Eevee…

Any Drifloons? Cosmog? Im still keeping my eye on eBay.

Just checked now that I’m home again, but no, I have pulled neither a Drifloon nor Cosmog. :slightly_frowning_face:

where can one buy a pack or box?

I’ve bought mine from ojamacard.com/ Their address form was bugged however, so I ended up contacting their Facebook and they created the address for me so I could complete my order and payment on their website. Their Facebook service was definitely a great help. (And it might also be possible that their bugged address form is just because of my Dutch address (postal codes have letters for example).)

The booster boxes are prices at around 85 USD excluding shipping however, so I only bought three of each booster pack and one Deck.

First of all, thanks for posting this.

Secondly, now that I know they exist, I can source these pretty easily as I have direct family living in Thailand, so will definitely be ordering some for myself. Already checked with one of my relatives and she confirmed these are easy to get hold of over there. If anyone needs anything, get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Lastly, does anyone know whether PSA is likely to grade these?

PM send.

PSA won’t grade these. PSA only grades English or Japanese cards, with the exception of the Base Set, the Pikachu World Collections, and the Art Academy cards, which are also graded in other languages.

BGS will most likely grade Thai cards without a problem, since they grade all Pokémon cards regardless of release or language.
