This doesn’t make any sense. Why would he take a loss on each pack after all this time? It’s very unlikely whoever sold them to him would even refund him anyway.
Pack looks super legit. You probably want to keep it sealed, but I’d record the opening and call him out on his bs and have as many people as possible know about this shady dealer so they can all blacklist him.
Soon people will message buyers that the 1st edition Charizard they sold a couple years ago might be fake and offer refunds. lulz
