How I know how many cars are for a specific Pokemon in all TCG?
Luckily we don’t have any Pokémon that are automobiles… nah, Bulbapedia has a complete list for every species

Use this too. You can change between Japanese and English I think. English is default. Shows every card for every species from all gens

Bulbapedia is the most thorough from my experience. I would use that and then perhaps ask around other species collectors (or the species collector discord) to see if there are some lesser known/forgotten cards. Part of the fun in species collecting is uncovering a new card or variant you hadn’t known of prior 
I’d recommend searching TCGplayer as there are some variants and things you might not be aware of (such as prize pack cards)

If you’re also looking to purchase cards in different languages, I’d recommend cardmarket if you can get a card forwarding service. Card trader isn’t bad just slow
