[SOLVED] What year these Pokémon Center postcards are from?

I’ve just purchased a set of 3 Pokémon Center postcards which all feature Pichu. Unfortunately I’ve been unable to find any information about what year these were available. Does anyone know when these were available, or if possible how I can find out that information?

Each card has an identical back, which features no copyright year:

Approaching 3 years later I’ve finally stumbled upon the answer: they’re part of the “Commemorative Photo of Pikachu and Pichu” merchandise campaign from Summer 2001.

I had assumed they were part of a larger postcard set but it appears that those are the only 3 which is a bit of a relief.
