Just received this today from Italy! This is the Italian version of the 2014 McDonald’s Promo set. As you can see the card is very miscut and appears to have been at the bottom of the sheet. On the front of the card at the bottom is just holofoil, not the start of another card. And on the back is just plain white.

Mildly smudged 151 Flareon, I’ve seen same issue with other holos ( mainly Chansey ) but the smudging usually stays within name instead of being like this.

Not the same. I’m talking about new repeating errors only. The idea is to give people a hunt/sidequest for small errors that aren’t recognized by PSA. 1-offs can’t be hunted.
Reshiram & Charizard GX SM247 with a small off-center alignment dot visible near the edge. Neat print error from the later Sun & Moon era.

Some of my favorite errors are crimping errors because they almost made it but alas… It would not be. 
It was also one of my first discovered errors. Happy to pickup these two recently.

Shift Error (the holo & where the discoloration is around the fighting symbols). The holo is not lining up in the frame. I tried looking on eBay for this exact Holographic card. Unfortunately, I am unable to find just the card itself. I just received this one. Copyright in 1996.
Hey pacman72, this card is a bootleg. You can’t find a holo Japanese Brock’s Onix because it doesn’t exist.

Please do not send this bootleg to a grading company. You will waste your money.
- Brock’s Onix was never made as a holo.
- That holo pattern was not used for Gym Heroes.
This is the real version of the card.

Idk if rule of 3 works for critical feedback but echoing what’s been said, this is a fake. The psa/cgc/tag/whoever employee will look at this, chuckle, charge you $15 for looking at it, and send it back

One of my favorite OG cards but I have to second what Dyl said, this is not a legit card. It looks really cool tho!
edit: These stickers were really popular back in the day. Lots of different ones from Base to Rocket. Maybe neo too… The stickers were glossy, which is also a dead giveaway for the standard expansions.

The most hilarious part about seeing the fakes of this era including this and the crazy pinwheel holo is the chinese gem packs have these as actual real holos now
