Check out @shizzlemetimbers unreal gyarados! This is such a clever subtle concept! I tried to imagine a way to achieve this physically to an extent. If Pokemon made a holo pattern when you tilted it, the water moved. Anyway, such a clever idea James!

His works of art are amazing. I’m really loving how the base set holos are being ‘rarified’.
In terms of moving holo patterns, perhaps the TPCI could experiment with 3d technology or chrome type holofoil to achieve similar types of effect. Would be really cool to see in the future.

That is exactly what I thought as well! If they did more reprinted artwork down the road, it would add a nice subtle flair!
