Shipping Delays from Netherlands to USA

Anyone have recent experience with shipping from Netherlands to US (with PostNL in particular)? It’s been about two weeks with no tracking updates.

I bought an item from the Netherlands (shipped to US) and have been waiting two months.

I sent a package to Poland from the US, last tracking update was a month ago…actual shipment date was April 14th. I’m getting a little worried too about sending across to Europe and vice-versa.

I’ve ordered 2 psa cards in the past 2 months from the same NL seller (I’m in USA). One took a little over a month and the other took about 3 weeks.

What was the last tracking update (if any)?

I appreciate the info—sweet card on the way and hope it’s not lost!

I wouldn’t worry yet. My first order had no update for about a month, then things moved pretty quickly. Use 17track if you aren’t already, they usually have pretty detailed international tracking info.

I’m from The Netherlands myself, and shipping between the US is indeed slow both ways. I received a package yesterday that I ordered 2.5 months ago, and most packages from the US to me (especially send with USPS) take 1.5-2.5 months right now. The three packages I’ve send to the US myself thus far during the pandemic arrived after 1.5 month on average.

Almost all the orders I have incoming with tracking, no matter from what side of the world, have 3-5 weeks gaps without any update from what I’ve noticed. Usually this gap is just before they leave the country they were send from. When they finally start updating again, they arrive pretty soon after though.

International shipping is messy at the moment. Took 2.5 months to get a card from Japan

Ironically I sent a letter to the Netherlands from Canada. Normal plain white envelope letter mail they got it within 3 days… even with all these shipping delays crazy times. Meanwhile like others I have packages from over a month ago shipped from USA still not here.

I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for a package from the Netherlands… I live in Belgium (that’s right next to it…)

For some odd reason, post from Canada to The Netherlands is always less than 7 days… Even though from the US to The Netherlands is usually 2-4 weeks before the pandemic. And from The Netherlands to Canada is also 2-4 weeks. I’ve ordered at least 25 products in the past five years from Canada, and they always arrive extremely surprisingly fast. Most cards from France to The Netherlands take longer than from Canada to The Netherlands… :confounded: Being used to 2-5 week shipping times on average, I always like when those Canadian packages arriving within a week. :grin:

I shipped several items from NL to USA last months and it took 6 - 8 weeks to get there.
Last week Saturday shipped something and today finally it left the country but no tracking information while it’s an insured package. Weird times.

I sent a tracked letter from Finland to the US in May. No updates since May 11 when the letter left the country…

My parcel shipped on 28 April cleared US customs 3 days ago. But since no change on the status other that it been “shipped out to receivers address”. So hopefully it gets delivered this upcoming week.
