I sincerely doubt it will cross to a 10, card is definitely in 9 condition though, so still a worthy venture to cross.

Itll get an 8.5 or 9. That top dink is clearly noticeable and will be picked up. Still clean and worth the upgrade imo

Im glad you went for it. That said, PSA has been extremely harsh with oldschool english, like absurdly critical to the point where itās a completely different standard than before. But if you end up with an 8 like some are suggesting, you should also give Beckett a shot. Youāll likely at least get a .5 bump to a 9 and Beckett has been performing better than CGC when it comes to sales as of late.
Shipped. Will be ripping a booster box of destined rivals to cope in the interim. If PSA doesnt grade it a 10 ill charge back and move on to BGS.

If it was a 3xxx cert CGC, OP has a chance

I really hope it works for him, but a 8.5 surface grade.. can be really hard in PSA

If itās an older CGC cert then an 8.5 surface grade could be a very minor issue or a very major one. Itās not consistent.
PSA 10s donāt need flawless surfaces.
Iād expect a psa 9 from the images though.
