I just hate the inconsistency between labeling on the EX era sets. They include the “EX” in some, and others do not have it. Seems like newer labels since atleast 48XX… usually do exclude “EX” from set name.
Certainly not comparable to many of these above 
The “EX” is still present on both slabs, they just switched to putting it up on the top line to make room for the longer set names; Team Rocket Returns, FireRed & LeafGreen, etc. My biggest qualm is that with the new SV era “ex’s,” they use the lower case but still refuse to use the lower case on 2003-2007 cards
