Hey all 
Need some help with this card. Trying to submit this card for grading but it isn’t located in the PSA online database.
This particular card was given to me for [losing] participating in a gym battle during the PAX Aus 2015 event in November. It is different to the Double Colorless Energy from the HeartGold / Soul Silver set, which it is from. The difference being the “Play Pokemon” on the bottom of the card.
So my question is, how would you submit it to PSA / have it labelled?

Cards with this particular holo pattern and that Play Pokemon logo were given away for players on tournaments and leagues back in the day, I really don’t know how PSA would label them but I think they’d go under the name of League Promo or something similar to that. But to be honest I have no idea if PSA grades them, I tried to look for some graded ones to find the answers for you but I couldn’t find any

That’s what I’d submit it under.
Obviously not with Japanese on the label being as its an english card.
