I was reading about (Shadow Lugia (Nintendo World promo) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia) and was curious if there was a different designation for the card given out at the different places (Houston, E3, etc.) I know the Japanese equivalent was released in a magazine and actually has a few graded in the pop report (https://www.psacard.com/auctionprices/tcg-cards/2005-pokemon-japanese-promo/shadow-lugia/summary/2381524), but I can’t find anything for the english one. Does PSA not grade the English release? Has anyone tried to submit it for grading before?
