SGC 10 with clear damage on the card. Curious what you all think happened when it was graded

Every grading company makes mistakes once in a while. It is on the buyer to pay what they’ve committed to. If they have a problem with the grade, they should be contacting the grading company after purchasing the card.

Hi All, Long awaited update on this Karen’s Umbreon. After 10 weeks in CRC, PSA finally made a decision. They took ownership of their mistake and have regraded the card to a NM 7. In addition to sending me the PSA 7 in its new case, they will be cutting a check for $400. Overall, I think this is a reasonable conclusion and I was pleased with their CRC support. 10/10 would submit a PSA Grade Guarantee again.
