Speculation would have been a more accurate word than sentiment 
I don’t know much about the modern world as I really only prefer the vintage side of Pokémon and too me that’s 1996-2010 , I think Japanese vintage promos that are rare like the unikarp , masters scroll , fan clubs the harder too obtain cards now will continue too rise as supply will never meet demand
Will they rise significantly? No one knows and I don’t think they will go crazy but they have big potential
Japanese promos vintage like the masaki promos , the higher distribution end I think are amazing assets too any collection , though I don’t think they will have as much potential except for the gem 10’s or black labels
