Question: How many cards fit in one of those USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Boxes? Saw a thread mention they can ship 100-500 psa cards for $10.
Can they fit 2+ Card Saver I boxes, securely?
The outside dimensions are: 12 1⁄4″ x 12 1⁄4″ x 6″

You can probably fit more using penny sleeves than thick deck sleeves
But would it protect the cards better during shipping?
Since many use penny sleeves, lets make the thread easy and assume sender will be using penny sleeves.
How to fit 400+ in a Large Flat Rate Box? Without card saver I box and additional wrapping?
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
Mr Owls test for that resulted in “3”, but the end result over all was “the world may never know” sadly. lol
@dblast, could just grab a box from the post office and see for yourself. It could vary depending on how youd like to go about it in protecting the cards, but overall you should be able to fit a good amount in there.
I just measured my 200-count card saver I box to be ~7.5inx5inx3.5in giving us 131.25 cubic inches in volume +/- 0.25in. I measured twice but did not have access to another operator to replicate the measurement so take those figures with a grain of salt. Based on the dimensions you provided the the USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box box should hold a volume of ~900.375 cubic inches. Based on my analysis you should be able to fit at least 6 200-count Card Saver 1 boxes in the shipping box you described with an extra ~0.86 cubic inches for packing material. Hope this helps.
No, this was not very helpful.
I tried before and couldn’t see fitting more then 1 box in there. How are people getting 500 in the box?
I ended up using a different box to send 2 card saver boxes and shipping was $25, unbelievable as it’s a couple states over.
It would have been cheaper to get 2 large flat rate boxes but it would be even better to pack 500 in a box.
The answer can help at least one person in this community save $15. Thanks for the response.
I bet it fits 6 boxes, Easily 1000+ cards. The math is sound.

His measurements assume you use no packaging and just pack it to gills lol
I just sent 600 cards (3 of the card saver 1 boxes full) along with 50 coins in a large flat rate box. Could have definitely done 4.

Maybe I had a medium box. Thank you @gottaketchumall , this is very helpful.
May my $25 2 cardbox experience be a lesson for newer graders

what is the grading scale PSA uses on coins? is it the 1-70 scale like PCGS uses or is it 1-10 like for cardboard?
