Your offer is way too low for PSA 9+ conditions Jungle 1st Ed holos, you are offering like 45$ a card for each if you consider all the holos… Your best bet is trying to pick up a nice complete set and get the ones you want and recycle the others. Rinse and repeat until satisfied with the condition.
Well I mentioned that my budget was around $700 to get as many as I can, not $700 for all of them. Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough. Thanks a million!
If this is for a binder you could try buying PSA 7s and 8s to crack. They will be near mint, but not as perfect as you describe. However, you’ll at least have a pretty good idea of what you’ll be getting, unlike buying raw “mint” cards on eBay which is a total crapshoot.
