I’d just sell the packs if I were this guy(granted they aren’t water damaged also)…

I’ve reached out to see if they have a bit more explanation on the box. Awaiting reply. I’m no stain expert so I am being careful. If things check out, might make a deal.

To be cautious, I would assume like 40-45% of the packs could be damaged. It looks like it sat on something wet and moisture seeped up the cardboard. Depending on the moisture level and what it was, it could definitely have affected the packs. Worst case it actually sat in water but I think it would be more damaged if that was the case. Fitting for aquapolis I guess… sorry that was a very bad joke

Edit: of course if water came from the top or if moisture formed everywhere it it just settled at the bottom it could be a total disaster. I mean this thing is 17 years old.

Also, I would consider splitting it with you if you could negotiate a good price and wanted to open the box and split the packs. I would want to open them and put the pack fresh holos, reverse holos and (maybe) crystals in my binder
