Shining Legends did not get Sample or Dollar Tree Packs.
Crimson Invasion has a Sample Pack but has not been released in Dollar Trees yet.

There is usually a substantial delay between the release of the set and the release of the DT version.

Super cool. I’ll make sure I ask around for a set then.

Notes:

Burning Shadows is the first Dollar Tree set to feature a long pack variant. For users with Facebook, I did a video on my personal page that shows the difference between the two, as well as recaps the existing Dollar Tree packs prior to Burning Shadows. That can be found here: www.facebook.com/CharlieKnowsIt/videos/1999903973630335/

Sample packs currently available in french speaking parts of Belgium

How on earth are they not related??? all 3 of those pokemon ARE in Ultra prism… all 3 of them have 2 different cards in the set + the rest of their evolution line… considering the fact that those sample packs only have commons, they are VERY related since those could be the pokemon you pull from them.

And Ultra Prism IS one big hommage to Diamond and pearl after all.

That’s a completely different thing from them not being related though. Al of the sample packs show some of the commons you can get from that set, and the 3 on this pack are doubly present in the set, so they definitely are related, regardless of any copy/pasted art.
They obviously wouldn’t be putting any ultra beasts or gx’s on the pack art since those aren’t common cards, and sample packs only have commons.

I have my Crimson Invasion Dollar Tree short and long packs in. Ultra Prism sample pack is in the mail right now. When I get that in I’ll do another update.

For some reason my files on some of them got resized but they’re still clearly visible and serve their documentation purpose so it’ll have to be alright.

Yeah. I’ve got the short packs on order. Still looking for the long packs.

Hi… very new to this… is it worth trying your luck for a gx/ex from the DT packs or better to go with a full pack to guarantee at least a holo?

Either way is gambling. I don’t think anyone has the definitive odds for DT packs, so drawing an evidence-based conclusion is going to be impossible.

This thread specifically just treats them as collectibles in their own right as a sealed product.

They’re very subject to being weighed so I stay away from DT packs. They dont have the different code cards to counter this like retail packs do…

Newest Unbroken Bonds sample packs!

For those getting sample packs, what are the pulls like? Has anyone done a ton and taken notes (rare/uncommon/common ratio per pack)?

sample packs only have commons in them, 3 cards per pack.

That’s unfortunate but thank you for the clarification.

Has anyone seen Dollar Tree packs in the short variety for Unbroken Bonds?

This is the first time that I’ve gone this long without seeing anything but long packs. After introducing the long packs, they’ve slowly favored them. But a complete move away from short packs would be surprising.

Wave 2 is short. Wave 1 is exclusively long. There are no other noticeable variations between the waves.

Can anyone confirm for me does Unified Minds, Team Up, Lost Thunder & Celestial Storm Dollar tree packs have both a short and long pack?
