I am attempting to collect every Rockruff AND Lycanroc ever printed, that includes English, Spanish, Japanese, German, Ect. but I don’t know where to start when it comes to research.

There’s an app called Dex. You can make a free account. On the app there’s a search tab. Type rockruff and you’ll be able to see a lot (if not all?) of the cards.

There’s only Japanese, English, and Chinese on there.

So if anyone has any other methods let this person know please

I’ve been using Bulbapedia to find out about every Magneton ever printed, that site tells you what language each set has, and every different card of the specific pokemon that was printed.

I generally recommend the following procedure to compile a list of all cards:

  1. Go to the Bulbapedia [Name of Pokémon] (TCG) article to get a list of all cards of a Pokémon
  2. Go to the article of each card to see if there are additional promo or deck releases
  3. Look at the article of the respective expansions / decks / products to figure out which languages they were available in (and if first edition / unlimited and reverses exist)
  4. On the card articles now aditionally go to tools and use “what links here” to see the Korean/Thai/Indonesian/T-Chinese/S-Chinese exclusive sets and decks the card might be in (their articles are the ones with (ATCG), (KTCG) etc. at the end)
  5. For recent Simplified Chinese sets which Bulbapedia might have not covered yet, use the setlists on the Pokipair website instead.
  6. For EX era serial code variants check against this spreadsheet for international and this spreadsheet for Japanese / Korean cards.
  7. Do further research for example on Pokumon
  8. For cameos have a look here and then repeat the other steps for those cards as well.

When you have done that, the species collecting guide linked before is a good help for you to know how to acquire cards etc.
