My heatran arrived today and he looks great. These type of holo patterns never get old. Random thought as well but ive ordered perfect fit sleeves and have decided to go through and double sleeve every card in the prerelease binder, and make sure every sleeve set up is identical. Its been eating at me for a while and finally went for it.

Im super lame for being excited about this but when i started this journey i was hoping to be known as the prerelease guy pretty much everywhere and this happened today. Feels pretty cool! Unfortunately errors arent my thing yet so i sent him here.

My friend, you are the prerelease guy! Atleast to me you are, and a lot of other people here as well. With the focus you have for your collection, I don’t think anyone is even in the ballpark. It will just be a matter of time before it will be well known outside of E4 as well.

Life happens sometimes. Also, to make use of your collection to fund for emergencies is the best way to put your collection to use. Hopefully you can get the funds with minimal selling.

Hey there, sorry to hear about this. The cards can always be replaced in the future. Taking care of things at home/in life should always be top priority, and although it sucks now, I hope things get better and you find you can start collecting again sooner than later. I’m really sorry to hear this, Regan. I think a lot of us worry about having to sell off portions of our collection to fund an emergency or an important life event (e.g., wedding, children’s education, housing, retirement). It’s always awful to part with our cards, but there is a silver lining to it all, and that is finding them again in the future and remembering how they once contributed to an important life event.

I’m sorry to hear this but it will just be a small speed bump on your collecting journey. You will be able to buy those cards back when life settles down. I wish you and your family well during this time.

Thanks for the support guys. I’ll keep it off the forum but here’s the quick version. Inspector told us we need to move. I got a crack that runs across our whole unit and it’s just falling apart. About time we got into a bigger place.
