Real Pokemon Ruby Sealed?

Hey guys I was wondering if this Pokemon Ruby copy was resealed or not. Would like to start collecting the pokemon games.

its looking like a reseal to me. the top flap has whitening along the hinge that would be caused by opening. would need better quality pics of that edge, the two sides, and the back to say for sure.
